Founded in January 2016 by colorist Erik Gutierrez, AGENCÉ was built on a single idea: give established artists the space and freedom to do their best work.
In the heart of San Dimas, our studio pairs a considered, luxurious setting with a team of specialists in blonding, lived-in color, precision cutting, and extensions.

Meet The Owners
AGENCÉ began in January 2016 with a colorist and a conviction. Erik Gutierrez had built his reputation chair by chair — a luxury blonde specialist known for effortless, sun-kissed color that looks born, not made. But the vision was always bigger than one book of clients: a salon built for artists, where established talent gets the space, freedom, and standard to do the best work of their careers.
Making that vision run every single day is Tammie Gutierrez, AGENCÉ's Salon Director. While Erik sets the creative bar, Tammie architects the experience around it — the seamless bookings, the front-desk warmth, the details you feel but never see. Luxury isn't just the color on the foils; it's how every guest is treated from hello to blowout.
A decade in, the idea has grown into two studios — San Dimas and Old Town Monrovia — more than thirty artists and specialists, and a community 75.6K strong. The standard hasn't moved an inch.
